What exactly does the $99 tune-up include?
Three checks and a written report. We check for leaks, rust and visible damage; test water pressure and hot water temperatures; check the safety valves and temperature controls; and give you a written report with findings and recommendations.
Is there an age limit on the system?
No. Any age of system is welcome. The tune-up checks its condition and gives you the findings in writing.
Which hot water systems can you check?
Electric, gas, solar and heat pump systems, any brand.
Will you fix anything on the day?
The tune-up is the inspection and the written report. If something needs attention, the report says so, and we're happy to quote it separately. There's no pressure to go ahead with anything.
