Tap water in the Illawarra is safe, but taste, chlorine and sediment are another matter. Here's what people call us about.
Carbon filtration removes chlorine taste and odour so water from the tap tastes like water.
Older mains and pipes shed sediment and rust. A sediment stage catches it before it reaches your glass or your appliances.
Hard water leaves white scale that shortens appliance life. Filtration and conditioning cut it right back.
An under-sink system pays for itself fast and ends the plastic and the lugging.
Inline fridge filters connected properly, with an isolation tap and no dodgy push-fit under the floor.
Tank water needs proper filtration and UV before it's used in the kitchen. We fit the right stages.
We size the system to how you use water, a single drinking tap, the whole kitchen or every outlet in the home.
Single or twin-cartridge systems with a dedicated filtered-water tap. The most popular choice for kitchens.
Sediment and carbon filtration at the mains, protecting every tap, shower and appliance in the house.
Multi-stage systems for the purest drinking water, and UV treatment for rainwater supplies.
Inline filters for fridges, coffee machines and boiling-water units, plumbed properly with isolation taps.

“Under-sink twin filter with its own tap. Installed in about an hour, no mess, and the chlorine taste is completely gone. Wish we'd done it years ago.”
“Whole-house sediment and carbon system at the meter. The shower water feels different and the kettle has stopped scaling. Professional job.”
“They plumbed our new fridge's water line properly with an isolation tap and inline filter, the previous push-fit job had been leaking under the floor.”

Yes, it meets Australian drinking water guidelines. Filters are about taste, chlorine odour, sediment and scale, not safety, unless you're on rainwater, which does need filtration and UV before drinking.
Typically every 6 to 12 months depending on the system and your water use. We set a reminder and can do the changes for you, or show you how.
Under-sink systems need a proper isolation tap and approved connections to your mains, a leak under a kitchen cupboard causes a lot of damage. Having it plumbed correctly is cheap insurance.
A correctly sized and maintained system has minimal effect. Undersized filters or overdue cartridges do reduce flow, which is why we size properly and remind you about changes.
Either. We supply quality brands with easily available cartridges, or fit a system you've bought, we'll just check it's suitable first.
Tank water used indoors needs sediment filtration and usually UV treatment. We install both and can connect the tank to your toilets, laundry and garden, see our rainwater tank page.
