Good to Know Before You Call
How fast can you clear a blocked drain?
For overflowing sewers we aim to be there within 45 minutes*. Most blockages are cleared in a single visit, our vans carry the camera and jetter, so there's no coming back another day.
Do you really put a camera down every drain?
Yes. It's the only way to know what's actually blocking the line and whether the pipe is damaged. You see the footage, so you're never guessing about what you're paying for.
What's pipe relining and does it really avoid digging?
A resin-saturated liner is inserted into the existing pipe and cured in place, creating a new smooth pipe inside the old one. It seals cracks and root entry points and needs no trenches through gardens, driveways or floors.
Is a blocked drain my responsibility or the water authority's?
Blockages inside your property boundary, including the sewer line to the connection point, are the owner's responsibility. If the camera shows the problem is in the authority's main, we'll tell you and point you to the right people.
Can you fix stormwater and gutters too?
Yes. Blocked stormwater lines, downpipes and pits are cleared and repaired, and we can handle gutter and roof drainage issues at the same visit.
Will it block again?
If the pipe is sound and we've jetted it properly, not for a long time. If the camera shows cracks or roots, we'll show you and recommend relining so it stays fixed.
